For an important daytime or evening event, you need an experienced photographer such as David Rendell. He is a qualified, full-time professional who will create images for your special requirements. His aim is to take the pictures you want, and he will travel anywhere to photograph an event.

Mainland travel is free within 25 miles of Portsmouth, embracing an area which includes Southampton, Winchester, Alton, Arundel and Chichester. Outside of this zone, there is a charge of 40p per mile.
London [within the M25 area] requires a supplement of £40;- that for the Isle of Wight is £20.
Overseas travel and accommodation etc will be charged at cost. 

You can choose from a range of four services for your event. These are:

The SAME NIGHT/DAY Service

This is for medium to large events of 40 or more people, who are photographed as they enter the event.
When everybody has arrived, the photographs are processed. Then, the photographer returns to sell the results and can take more pictures on a CASH WITH ORDER arrangement.

Prints can be either size 7x5 inches, mounted at £7 each or size 8x6 inches, mounted at £8 each.
Reprints can be ordered in any size and quantity and either framed, mounted or unmounted, [see below for prices].

No attendance fee, but a deposit of £50 is to be paid up to one week before  the event, to be refunded in full when the sale of photos exceeds £150, or a %-age equalling that  of the total sale compared to the £150, e.g. total sales = £100 (66% of £150, therefore refund = 66% of £50= £33).

The ONLINE PREVIEW Service

For larger events of 80 or more people, who can have access to the previews and order on line within one week of the event. Attendance can be for as long as you want, and can cover all activities from the arrivals to speeches and presentations etc.. Access to the website is via an address and dedicated code to be supplied at the event.

No attendance fee is required, but a deposit of £75 is to be paid up to one week before the event, refunded when the value of reprints exceeds £175.

PARTY Service

For corporate or social events of any size for which the organiser, for each guest, pays for a 7x5 inch mounted print at £6 each or 8x6 inch mounted print at £7 each. The photographs are sent for distribution to the organiser within 7 days of the event. Reprints can be ordered individually in any size later and sent direct to the client. A minimum order of £200 is required to book this service. The first payment of £50 should be paid 14 days before the event, and the balance is due when the photographs are delivered.

The P. R. Service

This service provides photographs for editorial and other promotional purposes, either on digital files as defined by you, or as
transparencies and/or prints. Extra prints, unmounted, mounted or framed can be ordered at the reprint prices below.
Attendance is charged at £40 per hour. Minimum attendance is one hour.

Photography is charged at £29 for up to12 useable images in your chosen format, i.e. several images may be attempted of the essentially same shot, and this will count as one shot only. More than 12 shots will be charged at
£29 for each extra 12.

Please allow up to 14 days for the normal delivery of reprints. Reprints can be delivered earlier if arrangements are made before the event.
